Notes
Why it is interesting: wide range on both sides. It is meant to sit behind an AFE that varies the DC link with battery voltage, and it uses bridge reconfiguration (full-bridge ↔ half-bridge) to cover 480–800 V without stretching the frequency range. Variants exist with a surface-mount J2 package on an IMS board (CRD-22DD12N-J2, 9.4 kW/L) and a top-side-cooled U2 package (CRD-22DD12N-U2), useful for package/thermal comparison.
Watch out: documentation only, no hardware for sale. The full 22 kW is available only for part of the input range; check the power-vs-Vin table in the design files. No peak efficiency is stated on the product page.
