Notes
Why it is interesting: one of the best-documented DAB designs publicly available. The design guide walks through the topology trade study (LLC vs PSFB vs DAB vs CLLC-mode DAB), ZVS boundaries and planar-transformer design, and the firmware supports both single-phase-shift (SPS) and extended-phase-shift (EPS) modulation. EPS widens the secondary range down to 250 V.
Watch out: the hardware and BOM changed across revisions (UCC21530 + F280049 on early revisions, UCC21710 + F280039 on the current one), and the published efficiency and density figures do not all come from the same revision. PLECS models are distributed through the Wolfspeed co-branded page.
