Notes
Why it is interesting: the eight-part application-note series (“Developing a 25 kW SiC-Based Fast DC Charger”, TND6401 onward) is one of the best public walkthroughs of a whole charger: specification, topology choice, PFC control, DAB design, magnetics, and EMC. It uses SiC power-integrated modules rather than discretes, typical of ≥ 25 kW designs.
Watch out: the topology list only records the DAB; the PFC-stage topology should be read from the series and added. FPGA-based control (Zynq) is less portable than MCU firmware.
