Notes
Why it is interesting: it runs CCM hard commutation with Si superjunction MOSFETs, which normally fails on Qrr/Qoss. An auxiliary low-voltage pre-charge circuit supplies those charges instead, so silicon gets close to WBG-totem-pole efficiency. Compare it directly with the SiC (TIDA-01604) and GaN totem-pole entries.
Watch out: no numeric peak efficiency or operating point is given. Density converted: 92 W/in³ × 0.06102 = 5.61 kW/L. URL pattern not opened directly (link-unchecked).
